We started Hearth in 2003 with a simple frustration: most homes are built fast, not built well. So we built a different kind of company — small enough to care, large enough to deliver, and stubborn enough to do every detail right.

How long does a typical project take?
A single-room renovation usually runs 6–10 weeks, while full builds and large renovations range from 7 to 14 months. We give you a fixed timeline before we break ground and update it weekly.
Do you provide a fixed-price quote?
Yes. After the design and selections phase, you receive an itemized, fixed-price quote with no mystery line items. If scope changes, we agree on it together in writing before any work happens.
Which areas do you build in?
We're based in Asheville and currently build across 8 states in the Southeast and Northeast. The easiest way to check coverage for your address is to send us a note below.
Can you work with my own architect?
Absolutely. We collaborate with outside architects regularly, and we also have an in-house architect-led design team if you'd prefer a single point of contact from sketch to handover.
